Hot app works very well. I have never had usability options. The map feature is great and allows you to find apartments close to a specific geographical area quickly and easily. The saved search is amazing!!! It will update you on new listing which match your search criteria so you dont have to keep opening the app unnecessarily. The only reason I did not rate this app 5 stars is the app (and the website) dont allow you to filter by amenities!! Parking is a must for me and I would like to be able to filter places which do not have parking included in the property advertisement. Other than that one complaint, this app and website are amazing!!

Thank You for providing the Alert feature notification. Im able to customize the alerts and preferences. It makes it so much convenient to find a new place now.

This is an awesome app to find rental or for sale properties. It offers real information and I have fun using it to locate exact locations. Greatest app!

This is a great APP to use to map and save listed properties of interest; however, I wish the viewable listings were more accurately up-to-date... The APP is a bit slow in accurately updating available listings.

Love the app. Have used it countless times and it just gets better every time. Looking for that new home, this is the app for you. Ease of use a plus for me in using this app. A must have!!! One note- would like to see space rent and association dues for properties that apply.

Some bad moments

When you make an app, you would think one would include the major features from ones website. This app does not appear to have the ability to filter the results, something that is important if you dont wont to wander through every available location to find what your looking for. Guess Ill stick with the web site.

Very frustrating when you find what seems like a great, handy app. Truth; their are WAY to many fraudulent, vacation and completely outdated listings.

I get updates about places being open but when I call none are available makes no sense

The app is good although it would be nice to see the prices in the map view. That way I dont have to click on every single unit to determine what the price is.

This is is not updated! Prices and availability are not correct!

I find this to be a helpful and accurate app for finding a place to rent. No complaints, doesnt crash and easy to use. Thanks.
