Everything in one app

This is a very user friendly app. It has both a easy-to-use screen where you can input your search parameters (type of housing, rent/buy, price range, # of bedrooms, etc.) and a map of whichever area youre looking for a home including options to draw boundaries for restricted searches.
Youll get periodic emails telling you about new places that have just come on the market and, when you open them, will redirect you to specific information on those offerings.
If you want to search by the map youll see icons for houses and apartment buildings so you know what the items are before you even click on them.
Once youve clicked on them the icons will turn gray so that in future searches youll know those are already viewed.
You also have the option to indicate favorites as you view properties. Those then show in yellow for future ease in locating them.
