Very frustrating when you find what seems like a great, handy app. Truth; their are WAY to many fraudulent, vacation and completely outdated listings.

This app leaves LAs Westsiderentals in the dust!! Really well designed and pretty accurate!! The best app around!!

Hands down the best app for house hunting or apt rentals. The other apps froze or eventually stopped working properly. This one is solid and extremely good.

This is a very user friendly app. It has both a easy-to-use screen where you can input your search parameters (type of housing, rent/buy, price range, # of bedrooms, etc.) and a map of whichever area youre looking for a home including options to draw boundaries for restricted searches. Youll get periodic emails telling you about new places that have just come on the market and, when you open them, will redirect you to specific information on those offerings. If you want to search by the map youll see icons for houses and apartment buildings so you know what the items are before you even click on them. Once youve clicked on them the icons will turn gray so that in future searches youll know those are already viewed. You also have the option to indicate favorites as you view properties. Those then show in yellow for future ease in locating them.

Being able search in different areas randomly is so awesome

I enjoy using this app to compare costs in several neighborhoods across the region. Pics are used in most profiles.

this is really a good app i use it everyday to see what other location i can find a place. It also alerts me when their something new which i like because im a single mother looking for at least a studio or a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen. Really love this app thank you who ever made this app its really helpful.

Easier to use than Craigslist.

They provide me with everything I need. The only thing I will suggest is put the utilities portion on the app the same way you do on the internet version. Its so helpful and would make it easier if it came out both ways.

I love using HotPads. Every time I move I use this app and I find it a lot more user friendly than searching on Craigslist and zillow.

Very good app if are looking for apts in Boston

I get updates about places being open but when I call none are available makes no sense

The app is good although it would be nice to see the prices in the map view. That way I dont have to click on every single unit to determine what the price is.
